Version 3 has many exciting new features, enhancement and fixes. Enhanced browser support includes full integration with Mozilla Firefox with a NetMarks toolbar button and menu options, and bookmark support for Opera, Netscape and Mozilla browsers (full integration with Internet Explorer has always been supported). Now you can manage duplicate bookmarks, import and export bookmarks with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape and Mozilla, import PDF documents bookmarks, see search rankings and synchronize with multiple websites.

The user interface has been optimised and includes thumbnail images of your bookmarks and extra information such as bookmark popularity and file size.

A full range of useful and powerful user options are now available, which include minimizing to the system tray (with different menu options available), choosing a default browser to use, web aspect styles and user interface options, checking for duplicates when saving a new bookmark, automatic saving of new bookmarks loaded from your browser, detecting Windows explorer windows as well as browsers, and many more.

Other changes include improvements to importing, user-interface improvements, and some minor fixes.

There are a number of new features in this version, such as the Web Aspect, which gives you the ability to view your bookmarks as dynamic web pages; synchronization with actual websites; support for maintaining multiple databases; exporting as web pages or as a CSV file; support for web icons and e-mail; keyword storing; enhanced search functionality; printing and many more user interface enhancements and other changes.

This update is free to registered users, and provides the usual, 30 day, free trial period to unregistered users. Existing users can install this update and continue using their existing NetMark database.

NetMarks Manager v1.2 stores your web favorites in a database on your computer. With NetMarks Manager you can easily add, modify and remove folders and NetMark bookmarks. Integration with Internet Explorer puts a NetMarks button on the toolbar, and allows you to import your existing favorites into the NetMarks database.

NetMarks users can take notes about each favorite bookmark, and preview the site at the same time. Annotating notes about your favorites helps identify why you visit the site, or allow you to track changes or describe aspects of a site for future reference.

A rapid search facility allows NetMarks Manager users to rapidly find sites. The search may be full-text, which queries all the information stored about a NetMarks bookmark, or refined to query web addresses, notes or bookmark names only. Search results can be easily opened in a browser window.

NetMarks Manager also lets users store their favorite NetMark bookmarks. You can easily find those sites that you look at most often.
